Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience with C# (.NET Core/Framework) and Java (Spring Boot).
- Strong experience building front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in secure, regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using C#, .NET Core/Framework, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise-level system interoperability.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support modernization initiatives by migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures on Azure or AWS.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and ensure adherence to secure coding standards.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
