Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, security, compliance, or a related operational discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, validation, and reporting functions.
  • Experience working with personnel security, access management, or HR workflow systems.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes in structured, compliance-driven environments.
  • Ability to support audits, perform documentation reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in secure or regulated environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support personnel security, compliance, and access workflows ensuring adherence to CUI and federal contract requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, clearance processing, and facility access activities in collaboration with internal and external security stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and security documentation using HR systems, security databases, and Excel tracking tools.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on clearance packets, access requests, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and validating security-related records.
  • Resolve security, compliance, and access issues by applying relevant regulations and ensuring proper documentation standards are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, security teams, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely personnel processing.
  • Ensure timely updates and reporting of personnel status changes within access management systems.
