Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing within mortgage, lending, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and brokered loans.
- Working knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations, including UDAAP, ECOA, Fair Housing Act, and RESPA Section 8.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and compliant marketing content from complex regulatory and product information.
- Strong proficiency in project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a regulated, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning for a range of mortgage loan products across retail and consumer channels.
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including product guides, flyers, presentations, emails, video scripts, and digital content.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation, generate variations, and improve marketing efficiency and output quality.
- Review, approve, and optimize marketing assets from distribution channels to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to UDAAP, fair lending laws, RESPA Section 8, and required disclosure regulations.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to integrate regulatory updates into marketing messaging and materials.
- Translate complex mortgage guidelines into clear, customer-friendly, and compliant marketing content.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to support product adoption and campaign execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and competitive insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
