Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing IV&V with state or federal clients or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a primary Project Manager managing complex IT projects.
- Knowledge of IV&V requirements and industry standards for IEEE, CMMI, and PMBOK.
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytic capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player with clients and colleagues.
- Technical writing samples required.
Responsibilities
- Gather, interpret, and apply industry and Government practices to support operations reviews.
- Participate in assessment activities across the PMO.
- Document and review requirements based upon customer specifications.
- Develop automated and manual procedures based upon derived requirements.
- Develop technical documentation including test plans, procedures, reports, and logs.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
- Provide input to scheduling of test-related activities.
- Ensure maintenance of test assets and documentation.
