Requirements
- Deep experience in distributed architecture and functional programming
- Experience with Akka (Clustering, Persistence, Streams)
- Proficiency in building logic systems using LLMs and multi-agent interactions
- Expertise in context engineering, semantic data, and dynamic orchestration
- Knowledge of AI safety, policy ladders, and building guardrails
- Strong understanding of Java or other JVM-based languages
- Deep understanding of cloud-native application deployment and Kubernetes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through rigorous, specification-first development
- Provide hands-on architectural support for hardening systems and building guardrails
- Perform code reviews and assist in environment setup
- Act as a technical anchor for customer self-sufficiency
- Serve as the strategic subject matter expert for complex, customer-specific issues
- Host weekly office hours and recurring meetings to support customer growth
- Act as initial contact for complex operational issues
- Influence internal product roadmaps based on direct customer insights
