Requirements
- Advanced degree required (MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
- Prior experience as an MSL is required.
- Background in endocrinology, nephrology, or genetics.
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to ideate and execute strategy quickly and independently.
- Comfortable working cross-functional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with external experts and HCPs for scientific exchange and disease awareness.
- Advance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes across the assigned territory.
- Cultivate professional relationships with KOLs to support medical collaboration.
- Serve as a scientific resource for HCPs regarding patient identification and care pathways.
- Conduct customer engagements on clinical trial activity, data, and unmet medical needs.
- Provide scientific support for clinical development, commercial, and market access teams.
- Assist with investigator identification and field liaison activities for study sites.
- Support investigator-initiated research and development of scientific publications.
- Plan and execute advisory boards and medical education initiatives.
- Synthesize and relay field-based insights to inform clinical and product strategy.
