Requirements
- Current and valid PHRN license
- At least 6 months of Bedside/Clinical experience
- Knowledgeable with MDS (Minimum Data Set)
- Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve quality measure scores and patient outcomes.
- Conduct audits and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Interpret quality measure data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management activities.
- Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting requirements.
