Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proven track record of building greenfield systems.
- Proficiency in Golang or Python.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong grasp of REST API design, distributed systems, and concurrency.
Responsibilities
- Build backend services from scratch from architecture to deployment.
- Design RESTful APIs and highly concurrent systems that handle real-world scale.
- Solve complex engineering problems and make sound decisions about priorities.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers to deliver fast, maintainable code.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership: review code, share knowledge, and mentor where you can.
