Requirements
- Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
- Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms
- Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close
- 19" (or larger) monitor with VGA or HDMI port
- USB-wired mouse and optional USB-wired keyboard
- Hardwired internet connection (minimum 25mbps download / 10mbps upload)
Responsibilities
- Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis
- Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through health plan options
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process
