- Basic understanding of tax implications.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated computer and keyboarding proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Delivers personalized client experience in a call center environment.
- Resolves inquiries and transactions from Financial Reps and clients.
- Researches and evaluates solutions to complex problems.
- Takes ownership of calls to avoid repeat inquiries.
- De-escalates client situations effectively.
- Educates clients and field on self-service capabilities.
- Handles phone and transactional responsibilities adhering to privacy standards.
