Requirements
- 2+ years of MSP experience.
- Strong Level 2 IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Exposure to Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Active Directory.
- Windows Server administration experience.
- Networking and firewall troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using PSA and RMM platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets.
- Provide timely IT support to MSP clients.
- Troubleshoot cloud, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and endpoint issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and email environments.
- Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and time entries.
- Communicate proactively with customers during issue resolution.
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
- Use PSA and RMM platforms to manage support activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
- Participate in team meetings and support reporting activities.
