Responsibilities

  • Guide students through enrollments, systems, and course processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and student documentation.
  • Verify transcripts, certificates, and student records.
  • Coordinate student letters, extensions, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and student management system records.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Support students using LMS platforms and online portals.
  • Work collaboratively with Careers, Training, and Education teams.
  • Ensure accurate administration and data quality across student records.
