Responsibilities
- Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide students through enrollments, systems, and course processes.
- Assist with onboarding and student documentation.
- Verify transcripts, certificates, and student records.
- Coordinate student letters, extensions, and requests.
- Maintain accurate CRM and student management system records.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Support students using LMS platforms and online portals.
- Work collaboratively with Careers, Training, and Education teams.
- Ensure accurate administration and data quality across student records.
