Requirements

- 8+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms
- 4+ years of experience working with automation tools and workflows
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Ability to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
- Ability to work with APIs and third-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira)
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data modeling
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own availability, incident response, and health of PostgreSQL platform databases
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery processes
- Implement PostgreSQL changes, schema updates, and patches
- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and deadlock resolution
- Lead data integration projects to centralize data into repositories like BigQuery
- Architect and implement ETL/ELT pipelines from Salesforce, Zuora, PostgreSQL, Pendo, Freshdesk, and Jira
- Collaborate with Business Ops on data modeling and reporting
- Ensure all operations comply with internal security policies and FedRAMP
