Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employee engagement activities with over 500 employees.
- Minimum of 5 years of project support experience.
- Experience in a contact center environment preferred.
- Extensive software experience and thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proven experience with managing projects.
- High School Diploma with a focus on college-level business classes or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under general direction and produce accurate results with minimal guidance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials handled.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and manage employee engagement activities to support performance and retention.
- Manage a budget for employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate and manage all Disputes-related special events, team meetings, and business unit activities.
- Provide program coordination for compliance activities, advisory group support, and enterprise projects.
- Support leadership with meeting and project management, including agenda development and data gathering.
- Develop and manage business unit communications like newsletters and presentation materials.
- Coordinate logistics and support accountability for deliverables across initiatives.
- Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, credit unions, and vendors.
