Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Excel.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in aerospace/defense supply chain or complex manufacturing.
- Familiarity with supplier capacity modeling, throughput analysis, or inventory optimization.
- Exposure to cost modeling, financial analysis, or negotiation analytics.
Responsibilities
- Recommend dashboards and performance metrics that support enterprise operational cadences.
- Analyze cadence performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and risks.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
- Develop analytics to identify supplier performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Create clear, concise visuals and analysis demonstrating supply chain value.
- Support supplier health assessments through trend analysis and predictive modeling.
- Provide analytical support for negotiation strategies, including cost and scenario modeling.
- Quantify financial impacts of Courses of Action for cost reduction initiatives.
