- Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience in ambulatory specialty care.
- Ability to engage with business owners and back-office personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and operational execution capability.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Exposure to ambulatory practices.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile development.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to synthesize organizational goals and priorities.
- Gather insights into customer priorities and market imperatives for roadmap decisions.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Partner with Squad Technical Owner in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
- Communicate product roadmaps to internal teams, clients, and analysts.
- Develop business cases including financial analysis and ROI projections.
- Lead customer discovery and translate needs into requirements and mockups.
- Develop and manage the product backlog.
- Coordinate with compliance teams on regulatory requirements.
- Develop pricing, messaging, and positioning strategies.
