- Active MD or DO license in good standing.
- Multi-state licensure preferred (top 10 states).
- 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Basic knowledge of state-specific laws regarding delegation and supervision.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and digital signatures.
- Board certification in specialties like Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Family Medicine.
- Maintain active malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities
- Approve and oversee clinical protocols for treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and laser services.
- Supervise and delegate medical procedures to qualified staff across multiple locations.
- Issue and annually review written Standing Delegation Orders and Standard Operating Protocols.
- Support the Ops team by providing timely signatures and mandatory training certifications.
- Perform monthly chart audits on a randomized 10% of patient records.
- Manage adverse events and oversee patient recovery.
- Attend webinars and monthly clinical meetings.
