Requirements
- 8+ years of combined product management and engineering leadership.
- Experience in internal operational platforms, enterprise workflow tools, or MSP/IT services.
- Native or full professional bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling distributed engineering teams.
- Deep practical understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and modern software architecture.
- Expertise in building agentic AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.
- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership mentorship skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the internal management platform (AMP) to reduce manual overhead.
- Transition service ingestion pipelines to fully automated self-deployments.
- Build platform features for operational compliance and service-level agreements.
- Manage and culturally integrate international engineering talent across US and LATAM hubs.
- Develop agentic AI workflows to autonomously triage and resolve cloud operations alerts.
- Deploy advanced AI coding tools across all engineering teams.
- Lead the development of the client-facing portal (SERA) for environment visualization.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
