Requirements
- College diploma or degree.
- 4-6 years of related clinical research experience.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Self-motivation and strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly to sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver full clinical site monitoring services.
- Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training and document management.
- Serve as Lead CRA to guide day-to-day activities and review monitoring reports.
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to peers and CRAs.
- Identify and recruit site investigators and coordinate trial materials.
- Ensure site compliance with project-specific training and SOPs.
- Act as the primary contact for clinical sites and sponsors.
- Travel to sites for monitoring and co-monitoring activities.
