Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing with focus on Web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals (test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills for defect documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking/project management systems like Jira or Linear.
- Experience using browser developer tools for debugging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects.
- Maintain clear QA documentation including test cases and regression suites.
- Triage and prioritize issues with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups and sprint planning.
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Improve manual QA processes and test coverage.
