Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Design and document scalable solutions with clients
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for offshore teams
- Develop data-driven segmentation strategies
- Design and implement data models, pipelines, and transformations
- Act as SME on Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Integrate diverse data sources for unified customer profiles
- Lead internal proof-of-concept projects and demo builds
- Support technical growth of junior offshore team members
