Requirements
- Master's Degree in Analytics, Math, Physics, CS, or Engineering (or Bachelor's + 3 years experience).
- 2 years of Data Science experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Python for AI/ML development.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models on AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
- Experience building applications leveraging LLMs as a service (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with designing and implementing end-to-end evaluations of AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques (regression, tree-based learning, neural networks, NLP).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the business to understand processes and identify analytical opportunities.
- Outline complex new use cases and create high-level impact estimates.
- Identify and assemble necessary data sets independently.
- Select and apply advanced modeling/machine learning techniques.
- Consult with the business to contextualize and translate analysis results.
- Plan and deliver analytical projects on a production basis.
- Research new analytical skills and approaches as a subject matter expert.
