Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, with proven production-level model deployment experience.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and modern AI tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based data systems (Azure or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions, including generative AI, predictive models, and LLM-based systems for healthcare use cases.
- Conduct advanced data exploration, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate model performance and run rigorous experiments to improve accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.
- Communicate findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
