Responsibilities
- Lead Activation and Expansion cross-functional pods.
- Optimize global workspace initialization and onboarding journeys.
- Deploy behavioral frameworks including contextual hints and in-app triggers.
- Architect product attach maps to drive multi-product adoption.
- Operationalize new self-serve purchasable SKUs.
- Improve baseline Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Expansion Rate (NDR).
