Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably working on platform products.
- Highly analytical mindset, able to balance strategic thinking with a strong bias for action and hands-on problem-solving.
- Proven track record of launching and managing high-impact products.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience.
- The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
- Solid technical chops that allow you to have in depth technical discussions and opinions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex and ambiguous platform problems, define execution strategies that balance short and long-term impact, and drive operational improvements across critical financial systems.
- Define product objectives and own the roadmap for foundational platform capabilities, integrations, and shared services that support financial operations and reporting workflows.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to define APIs, data contracts, platform interfaces, and migration strategies that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Define product objectives, partner with engineering and cross-functional partners to drive requirements, ultimately lead execution to launch key products and features.
- Regularly communicate across product and engineering teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders, including frequently presenting to senior leadership.
