Requirements
- Proven success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics.
- Deep experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted solutions.
- High-level analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence teams.
- Prior experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, or commission tracking (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Audit, design, and deploy scalable sales workflows.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of sales tools and automation.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure sales force enablement.
- Design and maintain clean data management processes.
- Build, evolve, and maintain predictive forecasting models.
- Analyze win rates, pipeline velocity, deal sizes, and churn.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for leadership.
- Define target markets, set quotas, and design sales territories.
