Requirements

  • Proven success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics.
  • Deep experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted solutions.
  • High-level analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence teams.
  • Prior experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, or commission tracking (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Audit, design, and deploy scalable sales workflows.
  • Drive the rollout and adoption of sales tools and automation.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure sales force enablement.
  • Design and maintain clean data management processes.
  • Build, evolve, and maintain predictive forecasting models.
  • Analyze win rates, pipeline velocity, deal sizes, and churn.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for leadership.
  • Define target markets, set quotas, and design sales territories.
