- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Plastics or Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, customer support, research, and project management.
- Complex problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude.
- Broad knowledge of solutions, materials, and processing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Provides project management for new application development, product launch testing, and data analysis.
- Works with targeted and established customers to identify technical specifications.
- Trains sales associates on polymers, processing, and design.
- Provides training to customers and OEMs on industry-related topics.
- Incorporates company products and services into customer applications.
- Works with suppliers to understand and convey market needs.
- Documents product specifications.
- Manages resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Initiates process improvement efforts at key customers.
