Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven record of owning product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and Product teams in high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to simplify complex products into compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new structures.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product positioning, packaging, and launch strategies for provider-facing products.
  • Influence product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market investment decisions at the executive level.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for new products and major releases.
  • Establish AI-enabled workflows for competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and content scaling.
  • Develop sales-facing assets like battlecards to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Finance teams.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and translate customer/market insights into actionable strategies.
