Requirements
- Finalist or Newly Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Data-First mindset with proficiency in SQL.
- Experience or interest in Python and Hex.
- Understanding of D2C unit economics (CPA, Acquisition ROI, LTV, Churn, and Cohort analysis).
- Ability to build P&L and Cash Flow models.
- Interest in using LLMs to automate workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyse spend, evaluate channel performance, and help set CPA targets that actually align with our financial north star.
- Support end-to-end forecasting using warehouse data and statistical trends.
- Partner with the Financial Control team to ensure budget-setting is seamless and integrated into our strategic reporting.
- Collaborate across Ops and Marketing to sniff out opportunities to improve unit economics and maximise performance.
- Provide the "voice" for the data—delivering clear, actionable commentary that keeps the leadership team informed.
