Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in consultative, strategic sales within data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
  • Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working on large-scale, high-impact projects such as hyperscale data centers or government-funded initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with enterprise customers and government bodies to understand strategic needs.
  • Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps including design validation and full-stack integration.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to co-develop proposals.
  • Drive conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives in the UK & Europe focusing on large-scale projects.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities aligning with Submer's value proposition.
  • Monitor industry trends, funding programmes, and regulatory developments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and ecosystem partners.
