- Experience in agile environments
- Hands-on experience interpreting metrics to guide delivery
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing complex, cross-team programme delivery
- Collaborative mindset focused on outcomes and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Line management of 8-12 engineers, including mentoring, performance management, and career development
- Lead the people, delivery and processes of our data teams.
- Partner with internal and external customers to align data capabilities across roadmaps
- End-to-end delivery ownership for programmes across teams
- Champion, measure and refine team AI-first practices
- Partner with Engineering Managers and leadership to refine processes and team structures
- Work with Product and commercial teams to ensure aligned, efficient delivery
- Use metrics to identify opportunities for improving delivery, team health, and reliability
- Promote engineering best practices and technical standards
- Represent engineering in cross-functional meetings and leadership forums
