- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts formats.
- Experience writing creative briefs or direction documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Responsibilities
- Write copy for organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube including captions, hooks, and on-screen text.
- Write first-draft creative briefs translating campaign strategy into clear direction.
- Repurpose long-form YouTube content into short-form social videos.
- Apply healthcare knowledge to write accurate, accessible, and on-brand copy.
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform best practices.
- Maintain organized content calendars in Notion and Linear.
- Partner with the creative team to review and align content.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback.
