- Work with Client Experience Analysts to identify actionable insights from healthcare claims data and results
- Review all client-facing reporting for accuracy, including policy customization impacts and claim trends
- Communicate actionable findings to internal leadership, Client Success, and Go-to-Market teams
- Support user onboarding, account setup, and management of access permissions
- Provide hands-on training for the Rialtic platform for new and existing users
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, technical support, and key deliverables
- Facilitate and communicate conversations regarding invoices and SLAs
- Monitor client usage and health on the Rialtic platform to improve client experience processes
