Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or similar manual testing role.
- Experience testing data-heavy applications, ETL pipelines, or API-driven integrations.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT).
- Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test suites.
- Solid experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
- Experience with SQL for data validation and query-based verification.
- Ability to perform data integrity testing across integrations and processing workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and ownership of quality assurance procedures and testing processes.
- Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality metrics for software and data pipeline development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis for defects, identifying corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor risk management processes and maintain issue logs for reporting.
- Support CAPA activities related to component and process quality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies throughout the software development lifecycle.
