Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, and executive/board-level presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS metrics, business models, and unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex scenarios and forecasts.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams in fast-paced or private equity–backed environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate financial data into clear business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems and data integrations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial consolidation, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across business units and geographies.
- Develop, maintain, and automate management reporting dashboards and executive-level financial reporting packages.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Build clear financial narratives, visuals, and insights to communicate performance trends and strategic priorities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
- Define and track key SaaS and growth metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV to support decision-making.
- Serve as a finance partner to business leaders, supporting investment decisions and operational performance.
- Own and optimize financial planning systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning).
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
