Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in networking, systems engineering, or infrastructure support
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and incident management tools
- Practical experience with Azure networking and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise security practices
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- CCNA/CCNP certifications preferred
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-700 or equivalent) preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance using tools such as LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Grafana
- Configure and support Layer 2 switching (VLAN, STP, VTP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP)
- Troubleshoot network outages and incidents based on severity
- Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, IGRP)
- Configure and support VPN solutions (IPsec, SSL)
- Administer enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, FortiGate)
- Perform traffic analysis using NetFlow and packet capture
- Manage Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, UDRs, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall)
- Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and Azure
- Manage tasks within defined SLAs
