Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on developing user-facing web applications and full-stack systems.
- Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React, with experience building modern, scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Experience working with systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-driven workflows in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and system design through testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Experience collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact features.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and modern development environments, including AWS and Kubernetes, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical domains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in health tech, clinical software, or fast-scaling technology companies is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch scalable full-stack features that enhance user-facing applications and improve overall platform performance and usability.
- Build reusable, responsive, and accessible frontend components using modern web technologies to support a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to transform complex requirements into practical software solutions.
- Develop backend services and APIs that support AI-powered workflows, clinical data processing, and content generation capabilities.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of healthcare-related systems by following secure coding practices and maintaining compliance-focused development standards.
- Research and advocate for improved engineering techniques, architectural patterns, and development processes that enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production applications to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
