Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in energy systems, engineering, technical business development, or energy resilience-focused roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, HVAC/MEP, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of integrated energy systems, distributed energy resources (DERs), and resilience-focused infrastructure
  • Proven ability to translate technical energy challenges into structured, commercially viable project opportunities
  • Experience working with enterprise, campus-scale, institutional, or government energy environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and planning capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the growth of the integrated energy and energy resilience domain across U.S. markets
  • Identify high-value opportunities across enterprise, campus, government, and infrastructure sectors
  • Analyze complex and fragmented energy systems to uncover opportunities for optimization and resilience
  • Build and manage a national pipeline of technically viable energy projects
  • Translate customer challenges into structured, executable energy solutions
  • Partner with application engineering teams to define scope, feasibility, and design of systems
  • Engage senior stakeholders to guide them toward high-impact energy strategies
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and support transition of opportunities into execution
