Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in energy systems, engineering, technical business development, or energy resilience-focused roles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, HVAC/MEP, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of integrated energy systems, distributed energy resources (DERs), and resilience-focused infrastructure
- Proven ability to translate technical energy challenges into structured, commercially viable project opportunities
- Experience working with enterprise, campus-scale, institutional, or government energy environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and planning capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the growth of the integrated energy and energy resilience domain across U.S. markets
- Identify high-value opportunities across enterprise, campus, government, and infrastructure sectors
- Analyze complex and fragmented energy systems to uncover opportunities for optimization and resilience
- Build and manage a national pipeline of technically viable energy projects
- Translate customer challenges into structured, executable energy solutions
- Partner with application engineering teams to define scope, feasibility, and design of systems
- Engage senior stakeholders to guide them toward high-impact energy strategies
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and support transition of opportunities into execution
