Requirements

  • Strong ability to structure problems, analyze information, and translate data into clear business outputs.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivots and lookups) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation development.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to healthcare or medtech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support transformation workstreams by developing structured outputs, tracking materials, and synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve tracking systems, reporting tools, and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across programs.
  • Build presentations, charts, and supporting materials to communicate progress, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple teams and translate them into structured summaries that support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional working sessions and ensure alignment across stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Maintain templates, trackers, and shared knowledge repositories as a single source of truth for transformation programs.
  • Support ongoing program execution by ensuring data integrity, organization, and timely updates across deliverables.
