Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, project management, or IT.
- Experience writing business and technical requirements, user stories, and functional solutions.
- Hands-on experience with structured data, data mapping, validation, and personalized messaging logic.
- Proven ability to lead or influence cross-functional technical initiatives in complex environments.
- Experience driving measurable improvements in process efficiency, quality, or delivery speed.
- Familiarity with communication production tools such as SmartCOMM or OpenText.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare billing, enrollment communications, or CMS regulatory language.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of regulated and operational communication initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Define and manage project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
- Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Own testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Execute and maintain content updates within platforms such as SmartCOMM and OpenText.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and automation.
