Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core or Python
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, AI Foundry/Search)
- Practical understanding of AI agent development
- Experience with agent/LLM frameworks like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangChain
- Knowledge of secure software development practices
- Strong written English skills
Responsibilities
- Build or integrate REST APIs with authentication and error handling.
- Develop AI agents using tool calling, instructions, and multi-step workflows.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and ground agents in enterprise data.
- Troubleshoot AI behavior and improve reliability via testing and validation.
- Collaborate with a US-based team and maintain clear documentation.
