- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web applications and diverse digital products.
- Proficient in Figma with ability to create detailed designs and interactive prototypes.
- Skilled in at least one additional graphic design program (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Exceptional eye for visual composition, color, typography, and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and adapting to collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design choices impact development is a plus.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex web applications and data-rich reports.
- Develop high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency across products.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
