Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Leadership experience overseeing multi-functional finance teams.
- Senior finance experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit management.
- Strong command of FP&A disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite expertise preferred.
- Experience with Board of Directors reporting and investor relations.
- Strong ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the company’s long-term financial vision and capital strategy.
- Manage relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, banks, and auditors.
- Lead long-range financial planning, annual operating budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
- Oversee all finance functions including Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, and Payroll.
- Ensure compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Design and enforce a robust internal controls environment.
- Lead treasury strategy, including cash flow forecasting and credit facility oversight.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for real-time business performance visibility.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
