Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data platform leadership.
- Proven experience designing and scaling modern cloud data architectures (e.g., Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and reporting infrastructure.
- Experience with multi-tenant, heterogeneous data environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics engineering or BI teams.
- Experience managing external vendors and technology budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen with fluency in financial and operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term data architecture and tooling strategy.
- Establish and enforce canonical KPI definitions and governance processes.
- Design and implement a repeatable data integration framework for M&A onboarding.
- Oversee external data engineering partners, technology vendors, and platform spend.
- Serve as the primary data partner to executive leadership.
