  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Proven success collaborating with internal teams to drive major project outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Drive market-wide quality and savings targets by supporting strategy development and execution
  • Analyze market-level performance gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Align market activities with internal teams (Performance, Product, etc.)
  • Provide frontline feedback to the Program Director to build and refine the service delivery model
  • Mitigate risks and prioritize initiatives supporting the virtual service model
  • Cultivate internal partnerships to identify opportunities for program growth
