- 3-5 years of experience managing a structured team with 3+ direct reports
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Proven success collaborating with internal teams to drive major project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS) to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Drive market-wide quality and savings targets by supporting strategy development and execution
- Analyze market-level performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Align market activities with internal teams (Performance, Product, etc.)
- Provide frontline feedback to the Program Director to build and refine the service delivery model
- Mitigate risks and prioritize initiatives supporting the virtual service model
- Cultivate internal partnerships to identify opportunities for program growth
