Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with production systems and incident management.
- Proven practice in requirements gathering and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong background in observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
- Fluent communication in Polish and English (min. B2/C1).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a global, multi-team environment.
- Readiness for shift-based and on-call work models.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze technical requirements from internal development and SRE teams.
- Translate needs into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize team work.
- Develop and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
- Collaborate on platform roadmap and implementation.
- Handle incident triage, request fulfillment (L1/L2), and onboarding.
- Define and maintain golden alerts and operational dashboards.
- Perform operational SRE tasks and participate in shift-based rotations.
