Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with production systems and incident management.
  • Proven practice in requirements gathering and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
  • Very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong background in observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
  • Fluent communication in Polish and English (min. B2/C1).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a global, multi-team environment.
  • Readiness for shift-based and on-call work models.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze technical requirements from internal development and SRE teams.
  • Translate needs into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize team work.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
  • Collaborate on platform roadmap and implementation.
  • Handle incident triage, request fulfillment (L1/L2), and onboarding.
  • Define and maintain golden alerts and operational dashboards.
  • Perform operational SRE tasks and participate in shift-based rotations.
