Requirements
- At least more than 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong hands on experience with Red Hat Linux system administration
- Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift in air gapped deployments
- Ability to lead a small team
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate effectively under strict compliance and security requirements
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and automation
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
Responsibilities
- Install, implement, and configure DevOps and platform components in on premises air gapped environments
- Manage and maintain containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters in disconnected environments
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform and infrastructure issues
- Coordinate issue resolution with platform vendors
- Design and implement deployment, configuration, and operational processes
- Collaborate with platform architects and security teams
- Support production and non production environments
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
- Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews
