Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing global corporate IT network systems
- Deep expertise in network infrastructure and monitoring principles
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, and Global Protect VPN
- Experience with Portnox and IT Operations Management (ITOM) software
- Proven track record of leading infrastructure deployment for new sites
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Flexibility to work 24x7 rotating shifts and participate in on-call rotations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable internet access for remote work
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for global network infrastructure
- Lead architectural design and configuration for new office sites
- Provide monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Manage network strategy for major upgrades and patching
- Support Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, and VPN technologies
- Act as final escalation point for critical network issues
- Develop documentation, runbooks, and design templates
- Manage team shift rotations, on-call schedules, and ticket queues
