Requirements
- 8+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing.
- Strong AWS serverless development experience (AWS Lambda in Node.js or Python).
- Experience with API integration patterns supporting IVR flows.
- Experience with DynamoDB.
- Experience building telephony/IVR experiences with failure-safe behavior.
- Experience with secure secrets and configuration management (AWS Secrets Manager or Parameter Store).
- Experience delivering via CI/CD pipelines using standardized deployment patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and version Amazon Connect Contact Flows.
- Configure and maintain Amazon Connect resources including queues, routing profiles, and hours of operation.
- Develop and integrate Lex bots where applicable.
- Validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios such as API errors, timeouts, and partial dependency outages.
- Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions supporting IVR workflows.
- Build and maintain API endpoints consumed by IVR flows.
- Design and utilize DynamoDB access patterns for IVR use cases.
- Implement secure secrets management and externalized configuration.
- Deploy application artifacts using standardized CI/CD pipelines.
