Requirements
- 10+ years of development experience.
- Recent focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Hands-on experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, and VPC/Network configurations.
- Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Proven ability to mentor and manage team dynamics.
- Strong technical leadership skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Commitment to staying current with latest AWS services and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead autonomous developer teams (3-4 developers) in AWS projects.
- Conduct daily morning meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and design.
- Plan and execute project sprints alongside client product owners.
- Develop systems and deploy resources using CloudFormation and Serverless templates.
- Mentor junior team members and resolve code/teamwork challenges.
- Research and study emerging AWS services, tools, and languages.
- Contribute to organization-wide Best Practice Documentation.
